If you are not golfing at the Golf Course at Glen Mills on Sunday or perhaps are lucky enough to arrive early or linger afterward, here is a sampling of the many sights and activities you can enjoy.

AttractionsFor the history buff, must-sees in and around Philly include the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Betsy Ross House, the Franklin Institute and the National Constitution Center. Or perhaps you’d rather wander the cobblestones on Elfreth’s Alley – the country’s oldest continually inhabited street – or tour the country’s first museum dedicated to African American culture. In Philadelphia you’ll also find the National Museum ofAmerican Jewish History.

From South Street to Jewelers’ Row and from Chestnut Hill’s charming boutiques to Manayunk’s local shops, Philadelphia is a bona fide shopper’s paradise. Take a short drive out of the city to find the King of Prussia Mall, the east coast’s premier Food & Diningshopping destination featuring more than 400 stores and restaurants to satisfy even the most discriminating shopper.

Other area attractions include Longwood Gardens, the world’s premier horticultural showplace, Philadelphia’s country vineyards and local wineries and America’s first zoo, the Philadelphia Zoo.

The options for world-class dining are endless with everything from full-service restaurants to bring-your-own bottle establishments. Food & Wine magazine recently named Philadelphia “a great food city.” If you prefer a more relaxed approach you can pick up a soft pretzel from a street vendor, visit the famed Reading Terminal Market just a block from the conference hotel or settle the contentious Philly cheese steak debate for yourself.Shopping

And those looking for a Center City hotspot will be thrilled to find plenty of luxe lounges, relaxed sports bars, trendy dance clubs, and neighborhood pubs to satisfy.
